We are proud to say that all our wines are made with great care and by hand, which often means that no two products are the same – and we wouldn’t want it any other way!

If, however, you receive a bottle that is damaged, corked or somehow off, we’ll be happy to fix that for you.

My bottles are broken/damaged.

That is not good – we’ll happily replace the damaged goods if you email us on info@hasherfamilywines.co.za within fourteen days. If all goods are in their original packaging and accompanied by a delivery receipt, we’ll arrange an exchange asap.

My wine is corked.

To ensure the aging potential of our wines, we use natural cork on all our bottles. These corks are all tested for quality, however as nature would have it, flaws are unavoidable.

We adhere to a 10 year return policy for corked wines – provided that the bottle is returned to us with the cork and at least 50% of the wine remaining. It is important for us to analyse both the wine and the cork to see how we can avoid it in the future. Since we produce limited quantities, we cannot guarantee replacement with a bottle from the same vintage, but will try our best or source one from a similar vintage.

My order contained items I didn’t order.

Unfortunate mix-up or excellent opportunity? You decide. Should you wish to return the incorrect items, email info@hasherfamilywines.co.za and we’ll arrange a quick exchange. If you’d prefer to keep the items you received and get your original order, let us know and we’ll fix the paperwork to make sure you get what you want.

I want to return wines.

If you were not happy with our wines, we would love to find out where we went wrong. Please email info@hasherfamilywines.co.za and we’ll help you arrange your return.

My order hasn’t arrived yet.

We know how frustrating waiting for deliveries can be – especially when you know your favourite wines are on their way! We dispatch orders twice a week following receipt of payment and delivery can take up to 3-5 days to main centres within South Africa and slightly longer in rural/outlying areas. If, however you’ve been waiting too long and you believe your order has gotten lost, please email us on info@hasherfamilywines.co.za

I live outside of South-Africa

We do not currently ship outside of South Africa. If you send us an email on info@hasherfamilywines.co.za, we’ll be happy to direct you to a stockist/distributor near you, if we have one.
