A Festive Twilight Braai: Lighting the Hasher Christmas Tree
This December, join us beneath the starry skies at Hasher Family Wines to start a new Christmas tradition. As twilight falls, the air will fill with festive live music and aromas of an open seafood braai will drift through the valley. While you enjoy our wines and stunning views of Walker Bay, the kids will hunt for the perfect Christmas tree on the farm and help decorate it, all leading up to the moment when we light the Hasher Christmas tree—a truly magical way to welcome the holiday season.
Flavours & Festivities
Chef Rickey Broekhoven returns to prepare mouthwatering crayfish, octopus, mussels, and fresh fish over an open flame, paired with seasonal sides and our award-winning cool-climate wines. Our little gastronomes en culotte court—“gourmets in short pants”—will also savour the same delicious dishes, tailored to their tastes, ensuring a feast for all ages.
